save you time and money. Once you call, our courteous office
staff will coordinate an appointment with one of our Comfort Specialists.
Then Your Comfort
Specialist will:
- Call to confirm
the appointment.
- Arrive on time,
clean cut and in uniform.
- Perform a Comfort
Evaluation. This is a simple series of questions to determine your needs in a new system.
- Perform a Manual
J Load Calculation. This consists of measuring your home, windows, insulation, etc. This
calculation will determine the proper size of the system needed to comfortably heat and cool your home.
- Inspect your existing system, ductwork and line sets.
He/She will check for the presence of mold, defect, poor insulation and more. He/She will share
with you pictures and information on what they found. He/She will make suggestions to address any problems
found.
- Provide you with a written proposal.
This detailed proposal will include the size and type of equipment, all optional enhancements, any available incentives
and the final investment, including tax, delivery, etc. He/She will provide optional systems if requested.
- Discuss financing options if necessary.
When you choose Goff Heat and Cooling to install your new Comfort System, our office will prepare
all necessary paperwork and forms for financing, rebates, credits and so on.
Remember:
Comfort is not addressed by equipment alone. Be prepared to tell your Comfort Specialist of issues or concerns
you may have. Honest, open conversation is always the best. We will not try to “over
sell you”.
