For your protection, the company is licensed, bonded and insured.  It follows all Federal, State and Local guidelines and will obtain all permits as required.  The company employs factory trained and N.A.T.E. certified Comfort Technicians and Comfort System Installers.  All employees are background checked and drug tested.  All employees are clean, courteous and well dressed when they arrive at your home.  All individuals are identified as Goff Heat & Cooling employees by their uniform, nametag and company vehicles.

For your peace of mind, the company only uses the most reliable, high quality, energy efficient equipment available.  Trane is the world leader in air conditioning systems, services and solutions and they are Goff’s exclusive provider.  

For your satisfaction, the company and employees take special care to protect your home, family and pets during an installation or service call.  Employees will wear shoe covers, place floor runners on carpet, vacuum, etc.  To ensure your installation is done right the first time, the Lead Comfort System Installer will perform a 33-point Customer Satisfaction and System Start-up Survey. 

For your convenience, Comfort Technicians are available 24/7.  The company does NOT charge inflated overtime or weekend rates.  There is one rate regardless of the day or time.  The company uses a modern radio dispatched fleet of vans and trucks for quick response. Emergency repair parts are on our trucks and in our warehouse.
