We will warranty the following items for a full 10 years against defects in materials or workmanship from the date equipment is placed into operation on Trane XLi or XR equipment and a full 5 years on Trane XB equipment. Must purchase a Trane XB, XR or XLi heat pump or air conditioner to qualify. With the purchase of one of these qualifing systems we will also upgrade your installation warranty to include labor!

  • All ductwork we install
  • All ductwork insulation we install
  • All sheet metal straps, clamps, fasteners, hangers, locks and drives we install
  • All condensate drain piping, hangers and fittings we install
  • All high voltage electrical wiring, conduit, fitting, straps, clamps and terminal connectors we install
  • All high voltage electrical disconnects, boxes, switches, and fuse boxes we install
  • All low voltage electrical wiring, wire nuts, straps, ties and connectors we install All refrigerant piping we install is guaranteed to be refrigerant leak free. Warranty does not include the cost to gain access to underground or other unaccessible piping
  • All refrigerant piping insulation we install
  • All equipment pads, stands, jacks and vibration elimination devices we install

There are no requirements after initial purchase to keep warranty in force other than Goff Heat & Cooling must always be the only company to work on your system. By allowing another company to service you equipment you will void your installation warranty.
